    The sitting fee includes:

  • Yes! Walk-ins are always welcome. Just come in, pick your project, and start painting—no reservation needed.

  • Art experiences at The Painted Plant in Spring Hill, TN are suitable for all ages. Guests can enjoy painting pottery, canvas, hats, and totes, with options available for children, teens, and adults.

  • There is no minimum age to create art at The Painted Plant. We recommend that children under 6 be accompanied by an adult for assistance and supervision.

  • Your table will be fully covered with craft paper, and stocked with brushes and paper towels. You’ll grab a paint palette and load it up with the colors you love, then bring it back to your table and get painting!

    And when you’re done? Just walk away—we handle all the cleanup.

  • Yes please! Outside food and drinks are welcome, so feel free to snack, sip, and paint at the same time.

  • Yes! Since we use acrylic paint, everything goes home with you the same day. Some projects need a quick at-home step to fully set the paint (super easy—we promise!).

  • Once your piece is completely dry:

    1. Place it in a cold oven

    2. Turn the oven on to 350°F

    3. Bake for 30 minutes

    4. Turn the oven off and let it cool completely inside the oven before removing

    This helps your design last longer.

  • After the paint is fully dry:

    • Use an iron on a cotton setting

    • No steam

    • Press over the painted area to heat-set your design

  • Yes! You’re welcome to bring in your own art or craft projects and work on them in our studio space. Many people have projects at home they never quite find time to start (or finish!), so we offer a simple sitting fee that gives you access to our creative space, tools, and inspiring atmosphere—no project purchase required.

  • Yes—and they’re a blast! We offer birthday parties with creative projects, studio space, and zero mess for you to clean up. Reach out to learn more about party options and availability.
